LEVELS OF SERVICE
We can prepare your menu selections for you to pick up at one of our locations, or for a nominal fee, we can deliver to your home, office, or other event venue.
Our next level of service would be to provide your menu selections and chafing dishes for you to use on the day of your event. We will required a credit card to secure the safe return of the equipment.
Next, is SERVICE. We can deliver, set up, and serve your guests, either buffet style or sit down.
Lastly, we can provide delivery, set-up, service with everything from salt and pepper shakers to tables and linens. For this level of service you will meet with our catering consultant to talk about every aspect of your event. You will be invited to the restaurant to sample the food, select linen colors, china and silver patterns, and all of the other minute details.
PREPARING FOR YOUR CALL TO TALK ABOUT FOOD AND SERVICE LEVELS
When you call the restaurant to talk about catering, it would be helpful for you to provide the following information:
- Type of event
- Date of event
- Time of event
- Approximate number of guests - this can fluctuate up until a few days prior to the event
- Venue, i.e., home, office, park, conference center
- Level of service you want, i.e., pick up only; delivery; delivery and set-up; buffet service; full catering, etc.
- YOUR BUDGET. This is important because our staff of professional can guide you in making menu and service selections that will fit your budget.
It is important to note that we can cater almost everything on our menu. Some foods travel well and hold their flavor and texture better than others. Also important to note is that we offer a wide variety of foods that you won't find on our menu. In fact, during the winter holidays, we offer complete turkey, ham and prime rib dinners at a great value for your family.
Lastly. If you don't have the facilities for your gathering, consider booking your event at one of our restaurants. We can accommodate large parties and offer our regular menu items, or you can plan ahead for family-style or buffet dining.
